Poster Design Brief

I need an ad for a wall hanger in our local airport in Cody, WY. This will be for our real estate brokerage, RE/MAX Elevation, showcasing our commercial real estate division. In the photos attached you will find the concept, our multiple logos we want to utilize, and the photograph of the location of the sign. It will actually be placed next to the sign featured in the photograph.

We live in a mountain area, as the first town outside of the west get of Yellowstone National Park. The ad should be a fit for our community and geographical location.

We want to possbily highlight the following details:
We help those selling or purchasing commercial real estate.
We help current business owners sell their business, even if no real estate is included.
We help people buy businesses in the state of Wyoming.
Wyoming is a great place to own a business because there are no income taxes.

The concept should include:
Local Business, Global Brand.
Buy, Sell, Rent, Manage - COMMERCIAL & BUSINESS

Cody's Commercial Real Estate Brokerage - REMAX Elevation.

We want a clear call to action and the attached QR code on the ad.

This will be on a 60 x 36in Foam Board by the exit door of our local airport.
