Book Cover Design Brief

I need a book cover design (and a separate e-book thumbnail also) for my book club/women's fiction debut that I am launching on Kindle Direct Publishing. I've included the brief/back cover blurb as below to give you a flavour of the book. I'm after something striking but simple, maybe with a wine glass lurking in the background and/or an abandoned dummy/pacifier or empty crib?? I've attached a few competitor style covers that i like for reference.
