Tattoo Design Brief

I'm looking for a design for a tattoo on the outside of my upper arm in black/gray high contrast realism. The primary message/feeling of the tattoo is to communicate a feeling of the urgency of time, to be haunted by the passage of time--to choose Jesus before its too late.

I'm hoping for the focal point of the image to be an ancient hourglass that is running out of sand. In big prominent letters on the base of the hourglass perhaps will read in Latin: Momento Mori (remember you will die). The haunting beauty of the ancient hourglass and the prominent Momento Mori should be the focal point. However it would be nice to somehow include a Hebrew phrase:
דִּרְשׁוּ יְהוָה בְּהִמָּצְאוֹ קְרָאֻהוּ בִּהְיוֹתוֹ קָרוֹב׃

And also a Greek phrase either in the background on the sides of the hourglass or wherever the artist thinks would be best:
ὅτι ἐὰν ὁμολογήσῃς ἐν τῷ στόματί σου κύριον Ἰησοῦν καὶ πιστεύσῃς ἐν τῇ καρδίᾳ σου ὅτι ὁ θεὸς αὐτὸν ἤγειρεν ἐκ νεκρῶν σωθήσῃ

Optional: If it doesn't look to weird or cheesy, potentially some minor images for the base of the hourglass could be borrowed from this ancient painting (specifically a skull and/or crumpled up music sheets and/or coins)--see image attached.
