Logo Design Brief

Need logo for print and website. Also logo will need to be clean and clear as will be on waterproof stickers on in-the water buoys.
This is a relaunch of an existing service moorningbnb.co.nz.
Thinking something simple primarily text BookaBuoy, perhaps with the A being a Fergi Mooring buoy (google this to see image). Don't want add-on images such as boats, waves etc.
Thinking colour pallet to be mooring buoy colours - orange, yellow, black.
