Logo Design Brief

I’m looking to update our logo and make it stand out a bit more. We are a corporate events crewing company in London called EventsCraft who provide a premiere service for our clients.
We are looking for something fairly minimalist but funky and cool. We would like to keep the actual worded logo that we already have but then add to it somehow.
