Logo Design Brief

Melbourne Photography provides imaging services to businesses in Melbourne. We offer product and portrait photography specialising in jewellery, apparel, food and styled images for the ongoing content needs for brands and services.
The new logo design should incorporate a clean, sophisticated feel, minimalist lettering, with a classic sans-serif font. It's simple and refined in the graphic elements, emphasising a timeless and professional aesthetic specific to the brand name. It evokes a modern Melbourne vibe, with a touch of playfulness. ;)

The logo typography could be similar to the existing type with the words reaching the same width.

Deliverables: AI, PNG and JPG
1. Capital letters only (MP) with graphics of a camera incorporated into the logo design. Output on both white, transparent and black background.
Logo needs to also be suitable for a favicon.
2. Words only - white letters with black background
- black letters with white background
3. Words with logo - Banner and square format
4. Words with logo, add "since 2005"
4. Email Signature

I've attached the existing logo for your reference. I want to remove the orange colour, and keep the new logo mostly black and white. There is a colour palette on the mood board for reference too. I'll incorporate this palette with the new branding. I look forward to what you come up with.
