Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a YOYO that will be called NeoSpin.
The logo shall be laser-engraved (i.e. 1 color) on a multi-colored yoyo.

PLEASE NOTE:
The possible area of the logo is the area between the green inner circle and orange outer circle on the area. (maximum Inner Diameter: 14.45mm, Outer Diameter 31.91 mm) >> it is shown in the mockup photo with overlay of logo zones

My idea is a logo that resembles a comic style for retro-optic.
The brand name "iYoYo. Dein YoYo." (Font: Futura, Medium or Bold) shall be included smaller in the logo. I have attached a sample of the PASSiON Logo for this brand.
The image "NeoSpin for Mockup" is a photo of the actual product to be used as a mockup background for the logo.
