Logo Design Brief

We have an existing logo from DesignCrowd for our old logo.
We want our new logo to carry the colour scheme and general feel of our old logo as we are keeping as many of our old clients as possible, however the new business is a new entity so needs to be redesigned.
Also this time want the words "Geelong" in blue and "maternity" in green
... "gynaecology" can be whatever works - open to suggestions.
