Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a fun, cheeky design for a finance retreat. The theme this year is "Eye of the Hurricane". We'd like to incorporate a hurricane swirl with a "blingy" $ sign in the middle. We tried ChatGPT with no luck, but it did get the gist of what we're looking for. I've uploaded a file with the best version we got. We just need a more polished version that will translate well to hats and t-shirts. Let's do this!
