Flyer Design Brief

We want a few page flyer we can hand out to potential clients. We mostly service condos and buildings and our main customer is a condo/property manager.

We want our flyer to be simple yet keep someones attention, explaining what we offer to help their job be easier:
-Good communication
-Willing to take the time to explain to them mechanical systems
-Big enough to handle their needs, small enough to care
-Good follow up procedures
-Well trained techs
-Clear quotations
-Great preventative maintenance reports with photos showing what we have done
