Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for our business. We have just secured the business name 'London stone company'. We like the logo to say London Stone Co.
We sell stone, mainly cladding. The stone is called Portland stone and comes from England. Buckingham palace is built from this stone as well as many other iconic London buildings. It has been listed as the world's first 'Global Heritage' stone. Quality of our product is utmost. We like a gold font on royal blue background. Maybe LS unique logo above London stone Co. Wording. I have attached a logo I like for the Ritz hotel London. Please take inspiration from this. If you can make the 'o' in Co with a small underline, that would be good. Sample uploaded.
Another option: Just the words London Stone Co with the tagline below. No LS but an emblem above London Stone that gives a regal, bespoke feel. Maybe a crown or something similar. Maybe even include the union jack in a clever way that doesn't look tacky but our target market gets the idea of London, history, British, regal etc
I have also just uploaded a logo design I like. Not the colours but the design. Maybe a coat of arms with LS on opposite sides with a lion head type design and the fleur de lys.
