Tattoo Design Brief

Looking into making this photo into a 3/4 sleeve starting at the wrist and going up into about half my upper arm. Once the mountains and river is captured I would like some coulds and the moon with some stars in the skyline to make it look like it was at night, I’m open to more ideas regarding the sky as I want mountains and river to be the main focal point, I do not want the people referenced in the photo but I would like the flags, it will be a black and white tattoo.
