Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for the new name of a company technically based in south Mississippi, but does remotely throughout the US and some international, called Streetman Tax Services. The new name is to focus more on tax preparation and representation as an enrolled agent than accounting work, but the company will still offer accounting work. I do not want flashy colors and would like to see some designs with the use of STS.
