Logo Design Brief

We would like to update and/or recreate our logo. We like the use of a royal blue color and also black. It would be great if we could update the old logo somehow, to retain brand recognition, but not necessarily a deal breaker if we don't. Also, our Slogan is "Dream It, Build It, Love It!" I am uploading our existing logo to use for reference.
