Design is a matter of taste. Everyone likes different things. What exactly you like/want is completely unclear from the brief.

What exactly do you and your team mean by "Earnest"? Is it the name of the sponsor? Is it a synonym for Serious? Serious Racing - what is it? Without cliches. It is clear that these are races at the maximum. Without compromises. But as a visual - this is not a very specific idea, you must agree. Give us, designers, at least a hint of what exactly you want - well, and then we'll see, maybe someone will be able to draw it.

Our name is Earnest, so we want a logo with the words "Earnest Racing" in a logo. We would like the logo in green and gray colors.
