Tattoo Design Brief

Hello,
I'm looking for a design that has the green ribbon for kidney disease awareness and has forget-me-not flowers winding around it. I would like to add the initial S.S. (kidney recipient) and 11-17-2023 (the day of our transplant surgery). Picture of approximate design attached, but I would like it to have smaller flowers/ a more delicate look. It will be place either on my ankle or the top of my foot. Thank you!!
