Logo Design Brief

Requesting a logo for my new company. It is a systems and engineering firm named Tidewater Systems and Engineering. Would like it to have a gun metal grey background. Various shades of darker blue navigational star (similar to a traditional navy tattoo) but with incorporations of technology lines in it and rivet looking mechanical and electrical feel incorporated. Finally, a Trident that is made to look like a T for Tidewater incorporated into the navigational star in silver color if possible.
