Tattoo Design Brief

I want to tattoo my sons initials in a rather small format. Maximum 5x5cm. It will be all black/no color.
At this point I don't think that I want anything around it except the initials FTJ. It should be beautiful typography basically or logo design where the initials intertwine. My son is half German/half Chinese, not sure that should influence anything. I rather prefer minimalist designs vs elaborate decorative designs.
I am a simple man. Office desk worker with no special hobbies that be represented here.

UPDATE: After the first designs I came up with the graphic I uploaded. All letter integrated with simplicity. Please use that as starting point. I also dont mind that is takes the shape of an emblem or coat of arms.
