T-shirt Design Brief

We are a heater manufacturer based near Detroit, MI looking for a fun company t-shirt inspired by the Detroit Lions football team, using the silver/gray/white and Honolulu blue color scheme. The word GRIT should be incorporated on the shirt, possibly using an acrostic (example only: Guts Resilience Ingenuity Teamwork). Should use colors and similar fonts to the Lions logo, but MUST AVOID USING THE LOGO ITSELF OR A SIMILAR LION. We will have the design printed on either a black or gray t-shirt.

I have also attached our Re-Verber-Ray brand logo and our company logo. It would be nice to incorporate one or both on the shirt somewhere, either in the Lions-inspired design or on its own.
