T-shirt Design Brief

I am in need of an experienced designer who can create a series of designs for a retro-inspired motorsports apparel line. These designs will be integrated into T-shirts, hoodies, and hats targeted towards men.

Key Features:
• Retro/Vintage style inspired by the golden era of motor racing (70s, 80s, 90s)
• Family heritage-connected designs: using a mix of direct references and generic motifs from the era.
• Must integrate given photos effectively incorporating elements from the 70s, 80s, and 90s racing scenes.

The successful candidate will:
• Have a strong portfolio of retro-inspired artwork
• Understand the aesthetics of motor racing and men’s apparel.
• Be able to create unique designs from both general motifs and specific family images from the given period.

Strive to capture the nostalgic reminiscence of the golden era of racing in this unique clothing line. I look forward to working with someone who can bring this vision to life.

Use the images attached as inspiration and a source of design to work with. Utilise the "Squeals On Wheels" as a slogan within the Clement Speed Shop brand.

Requirements

Must have

• Retro, vintage themes. Qualty, simple designs. One of the designs must include the car, and it must include the Squeals On Wheels name in the design it looks like on the car bonnet/hood.

Nice to have

• Use vintage colour pallets, calligraphy based on 70's, 80's. Clement Speed Shop to be black and white. Squeals On Wheels can have a colour choice of the designers choosing.
