Web Design Brief

I'm seeking a proficient web developer to build a forklift rental website tailored to large warehouses. I am not looking for a generic site, I want it to be attractive and sleek to potential customers. I have attached my logo to give a better idea about my design preferences .
The site must encompass various functionalities: - A rental booking system to allow customers reserve forklifts seamlessly, making the rental process simpler. - An inventory management system that offers real-time tracking of our diverse range of forklifts including Electric forklifts, Reach trucks, Order pickers, Sit and Stand up counterbalances, Swing reach, Propane sit down counterbalances and chargers. For each forklift listed, the site should display explicit specifications, current rental rates, and an availability calendar to aid customers in making informed rental decisions. Ideal skills for this role will include web development, experience in building booking and potentially some knowledge of the renting industry, although this is not essential. Experience in creating inventory management systems is also looked upon favorably. I would also like a section that I can list forklifts for sale. Preferably the website would be designed to convert into an app as well. The website will need a payment portal that can accept credit cards, ach payments and possibly e-check/ wire transfer.
Most bookings will be monthly so I need a system that can accommodate that. I will also need an option to leave the bookings open ended in the event the customer wants to keep the unit until further notice.
