Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new dermatology clinic I am opening in Lake Wylie, South Carolina. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and this will be a solo practice for a while. I will be offering General Dermatology services (Acne, Rosacea, -- and later on down the road-- cosmetics. This is a small lake community right near the border of North Carolina.
I am a Big fan of light shades of Blue, however I'm also a Big fan of Classic Gold. I also love symbols of nature like flowers (peonies), wood grains, water, & modern trees. However, I do need this Logo to be gender neutral and not too girly. I've included some ideas/concepts that I like but could be made better. The brown one is classic, but a bit pain, the pink/gold one is a bit too feminine, and the combination skin/water one is such a cool idea to combine Lake Life & Skin, however, maybe needs different font or colors?? I may not go with a Tag Line at all. Thanks so much!
