Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a U.S. based association that we are launching for Acupuncturists, Massage therapists, Personal trainers, barbers, cosmetologists, yoga instructors and other holistic wellness focused professionals. The association is called "Natural Assurance" and the logo needs to include a tagline that says "Resources for Wellness Experts"

The primary product that we will market through this association is professional liability insurance. The logo needs to be professional and convey security and sophistication. The logo needs to speak to 25–45-year-olds so we would like for it to be slightly edgy.

It must present well digitally and in print. We would like for the colors to feel like a Miami tropical Spa. Think blues, greens, maybe some pink. I have uploaded a competing organizations logo for reference, it must be differentiated from them from a look and color perspective.
