Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for our software in the youth welfare sector. The software is being redesigned and is now more modern and innovative. The target group is educators. It would be nice if at least 4 colors from the old logo, if not all 6, could be retained (multi-color logo). We want to either modernize the old logo or get rid of it completely. The design should convey simplicity, security, a focus on people and technical relevance. People should be the focus and be supported by technology.
Please no more solutions with the letter Q. We would love to have a design where an icon connects with the word Qualicura. But it could also stand for itself. Examples attached as images.
