Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new residential development in Grand Cayman. The project is called Bayside and it features 60 1 & 2 bedroom condos. The design is loosely inspired by a coastal Scandinavian design, so interiors are contemporary but cozy, understated, clean lines, neutral palates with integration of light wood with fluted wood accent pieces. Design is also inspired by the Scandanavian way of living where joy is found in everyday things, they prioritize balance and contentment, there's a strong connection to nature, creating a harmonious environment that complements a simple lifestyle. Logo should be contemporary but simple, there should be some sort of connection to nature (not water), but in an understated way and it should evoke a sense of understated elegance.
