Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for our bar and grill. We are a fusion of a diverse population made up of cultures from many different Pacific Islands. Samoan, Cook Islands Māori, Guam, Hawaiian, Tongan, Niuean, Fijian, Tokelauan, Tuvaluan and Kiribati comprise the eight main Pacific ethnic groups in New Zealand.
