Postcard Design Brief

I submitted my postcard and printer said it is not acceptable here are the comments
Item 125301 - Front file: Uploaded png is 3.3 x 2.2" at 300 dpi. Back file: Uploaded png is 5 x 3.3" at 200 dpi. There is text and images too close to the edges for the front and back. Both front/back files are low resolution and have poor print quality. The correct size for a jumbo postcard is 8.75 x 5.75". The intended bleed extends to the edges and all important text and/or elements are to remain at least 3/8" away from the edges. Try saving as a PDF from the source file at the correct size for a possible better printing output.

Item 125302 - Front file: Uploaded jpg is 7 x 5" at 200 dpi. Back file: Uploaded jpg is 8 x 5" at 220 dpi. Both front/back files are low resolution and have poor print quality. The correct size for a Medium EDDM card is 8.25 x 6.75" The intended bleed extends to the edges of the canvas and all important text and/or elements are to remain at least 3/8" away from the edges. Try saving as a PDF from the source file at the correct size for a possible better printing output.
