I'm working on rebranding our consulting firm. We are focused on workplace culture and communication, along with employee engagement and wellness. I'd like to move us beyond the cliche "workplace culture" wording that has become overused, and rebrand us to focus on the "ethos" of an organization/team. I'd like a logo that captures the essence of a holistic and intentional approach to an organization's ethos (the values, beliefs, communication, wellness) - something that conveys cultivating thriving teams.
