Logo Design Brief

looking for a new business logo. we provide home plans in the northern california area. very similar to what an architect provides. im open to new ideas but found a random internet logo (attached) that seems fun. would love to see something very similar with 'Code Pro Homes' in large lettering. the upper and lower rockers would say something like 'building code experts' and 'design & home plans' but open to variations. thank you
