Logo Design Brief

This design will be used on the side of a boat. The name of the boat is owned and operated by a retired Maryland State Trooper and is used for fishing White Marlin. The Logo should incorporate the boat name (Hot Pursuit) and would like to feature a white marlin, racing forward but looking backwards in panic, with a pair of handcuffs dangling off his bill. If possible, the words "hot pursuit" should be done in some "speedy" type of font - similar to the old "Hot Wheels" font. Finally, if the Maryland State Police logo can be fit into the open "U" in the word pursuit, that would be great.
