CHANGE OF BRIEF:

Need a logo for existing company: Kingsway Property Solutions

I have their current logo attached as well as an example of the style we'd like to incorporate (The APEX logo).

You can create something similar to the existing logo with better colours but ideally 'd like to see it in the 'style' of the attached "Apex" Logo. I like the APEX logo a lot, hoping to get the same look but for Kingsway. We can use the APEX colours as well OR please include your own colour pallet ideas*

OK to include in the logo:
- House(s) like Apex
- All caps for the font (we like the font of both. Very strong font)

I'd like to see the icon on on top and text below please.

Also, feel free to send another draft with YOUR ideas, we want to see your creativity :)

Also, once design is approved I will need ALL different variations of this logo in ALL different formats please.

Example:
- Full logo with everything: White background, Black background, Clear background (png). in the file types of: .jpg, .png, .pdf, .eps, and vector file.
