Logo Design Brief

This is a new company I am starting, Need a great logo and branding work.

I want the design to feel bold, strong, masculine. Unsure on colours.

The business is a health, wellness, fitness category. We provide a gift box subscription service as 1 one off, or monthly delivery to your door.
Each month the customer will receive an random assortment of items to suit there fitness goals.
We will need the logo on packaging, t-shirts, water bottles and other items as such.

I have provided a basic sketch below, but please use your own imagination and design ideas to elevate it or come up with your own ideas entirely
