Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a server for a FiveM Roleplay server. If you are not familiar with this it is a gaming community within the GTA5 game on a platform called FiveM. I am looking to have a server logo created to depict and represent the "Thin Blue Line" in Law Enforcement as I am a retired police officer. The server is going to raise money for family's of police officers killed in the line of duty. I am thinking I want the logo to have the American Flag in it with the Thin Blue line and badge and maybe a police car?

I have attached some ideas of the colors and what I was thinking
