Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for our new COBRA sleep procedure to surgically treat obstructive sleep apnes. This logo needs to match in some way our existing logos and this will be a product of Vive Scientific. If you want to use the initials as a play on the word cobra, that is fine - just make sure any representation of a cobra look more abstract than realistic. THe fading sunset orange with sky blue color theme is that of all of our divisions but Im willing to consider other color options.
