Logo Design Brief

Would like a design that I can leverage for email, business cards, and the all the files behind it. I have a sample logo that I created - but I have a feeling that it would be too many colors for a business card, shirt, (don't mind paying for extra colors as this is a high-end firm, but may not be pragmatic).

I'd like a color version (different styles) and white logo (eps) that I can use. This is an advisory services company - strategy growth consulting for business that needs to show professionalism, wisdom (therefore early concept of rings on trees), OAKS are strong, providing shelter, resilient.

Green / Brown likely. Also interested in future website and other design info- that would have blue and other colors in full web pallette.
