Logo Design Brief

Hi!
I have recently started a business as a communications consultant, it's a small start-up, just one employee, me!
I'll be offering all-inclusive marketing and branding advice to clients and so my own branding needs to be great.
The name of my business is Cosmic Cowgirl Communications- a reflection of my personality and I'd like my logo to reflect this also.
I'm after something featuring a female, cowgirl hat/boots, and the moon/stars. I like simple designs, line drawing style, like tattoos.
The final design should reflect a distinct female vibe but be fun and engaging. I've attached an example only (not looking to have the example image copied directly). Note- the postage stamp image is an example of a border I like.
