We need a logo design for a new company called Gaia, which is related to our parent company, Primior. Gaia is a property technology company that uses blockchain to fractionalize real estate ownership, distributing it to token holders. The logo should be techy, modern, minimalist, and geometric. It should avoid being stale or using cliché real estate symbols. The final design should communicate authority, forward-thinking, modernity, technology, and financial growth.

The name "Gaia" was chosen because Gaia is the Greek god of Earth, representing all lands, including real estate. This connection should inspire the design without incorporating literal or overly feminine elements like faces or trees. The logo should reflect the essence of Gaia, symbolizing the strength and expansiveness of the Earth, aligned with our technological and financial growth vision.
