Logo Design Brief

The Cool Factory is a 200K building that houses 3 different manufacturing businesses along with 75 small businesses in a shared workspace environment called Modern Work Suites & Studio's We now want to brand the entire facility as the Cool Factory. The setting is the 60's with Mid-century decor and we are looking for a logo to add to our literature and outside sign.
