Web Design Brief

I am building an app to carry out skill assessments. Depending on how the assessment is configured, it may have one or more parts
1. Question based assessment (Multiple Choice, True False, Fill in the blanks"
2. Endorsement by two colleagues - A screen that allows user to pick colleagues based on search and shows the status of pending requests
3. A written submission - a page that explains the format of the submission and a file upload

As each assessment can be configured with or without any of the steps, the assessment UI must be such that these areas get hidden/displayed based on configuration.

Colour codes to be used can be #0e78bb and #ffffff

There will also be a start screen (instructions) and an end screen (results)
