Logo Design Brief

Sussex County in DE (US) recently created a Department of Public Safety. Three Divisions are now in the Public Safety Department. The Division of Emergency Communications, Emergency Management, and Emergency Medical Services are the three divisions. We would like a logo that calls out Sussex County, Public Safety, and somehow pulls in the county logo and acknowledges the three divisions.

I can get better quality files of the attached logos when needed.

The new logo should have Sussex County written out. Public Safety written out. The Sussex County Logo can be included and find a way to show representation of Emergency Communications, Emergency Management, and Emergency Medical Services.
