Graphic Design Brief

I am a builder who builds new construction residential homes and I want to design a logo. I like something kind of simple, not to busy and neutral colors. The logo would go on signs in front of houses and on my business card. I like a normal pitched roofline (not shed or flat roofs). Wood grain stuff could be cool
