Logo Design Brief

Hi, we are a Sales Consultancy company based in Belgium, focused on Consultancy in IT-sales.
For several years already we are an incubator for IT-sales talents (hence our new name) and decided to rebrand.
The Q in our new name stands for the Quality we deliver, the R stands for the Results we deliver and the Relationships we build with our employees and customers (IT-companies).
The tagline that goes with our logo: Developing Your IT-Sales
Some more info on our way of operating:
People (mostly in their early 20's) start within our company, go through different sales experiences in IT-sales for our customers (from cold calling in the first stages, through business development in a next stage, until in the final stage they become sales consultants taking responsibility for the complete deal cycle of our customers (IT-companies)).
After an experience of 2 to 2.5 years within our company and after passing different tests, they are ready to take the next step in their careers. Some of them decide to stay with us for their next consultancy job, while others decide to join one of our customer's companies as a well formed business development manager, account manager or sales manager.
We are looking for a new logo based upon our new name and the info given above.
