Logo Design Brief

Name of a new apartment building.

The new building is in a college town, its main audience are students at the college (i.e. student housing), and to a lesser extent, other non-student tenants in the city. The primary colors on the exterior of the building is Navy Blue/Beige with Dark Brown trim.

The building feature secured access, video entry, garage parking, and other features designed to improve tenant safety and convenience. The design should communicate the idea of modern living in a home that offer safety and comfort.

If it is helpful context to know for design purposes, this new building is dedicated to my late mother, and the name, Flora Blue, combines her name, and her favorite color. Thank you.
