Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company called 'STEPBACK.WORK'. The approach is to focus on executives in need of support, while we strongly believe that their needs are a mix of strategy, execution and people needs, that we want to support as advisors over a long period of time developing trust and intimate knowledge of our customers. We believe that, under the everyday pressure of execs, they need to setback and think to devise and execute the best plans. The logo will be leveraged for business cards, email signature, word and powerpoint document templates
