Tattoo Design Brief

I want to combined the "rock on" skull design with the bandana around it. But the bandana to be green (kelly green) and white. Incorporate "1946". I want to get this as a tattoo so make it some that can transfer well to the application. The pictures are just ideas I want put all together. I will also except motorcycle handlebars incorporated as well.
