Mascot Design Brief

We need a Mascot for a new project we are working on called CARL. CARL is the name of our mascot but it also stands for Contracts, Amendments, Renewals and lists. Below you will find a list of characteristics, facial expressions and poses we are trying to incorporate in our mascot. We need this image by 4/30.
Characteristics:
• Mascot Name: CARL
• Grumpy Older gentleman
• Cartoon - Exaggerated features, such as a large nose or big ears
• Long or square head
• Gray hair
• Square black glasses
• No facial hair (Beard or Mustache)
• Clothing: old-fashioned clothing. A sweater vest, bow tie, could also be a little more professional
• Color Scheme: Muted, darker colors to align well with the grumpy persona.
• Compliance materials such as Contracts paperwork, pens, books
