Flyer Design Brief

We have currently 10 datasheets for our products we want designed where the information placed in each one should conform to an identical template as far as possible. The datasheets contain both images, text and tables of data. The info. on the sheets should fit the front and back of a USA Letter sized page.

The datasheets must look professional and factual. They are not flyers promoting out products but are presenting factual data on the products and in most cases include Instruction guidelines. So the logo position heading, top introductory text, top image or line drawing would be consistently placed in all sheets as would the footer with our address etc. So we are not looking for a very colourful design but looking for something similar to the brochure as attached produced by Bison IP.(Screwjack Installation Guide)

Some color could be used in the footer like a previous data sheet we had designed. (attachment Paver Supports Warranty) although would prefer something more subtle.
We have been using Museo Sans font family and would prefer to continue with this.

The copy for the initial sample data sheet is attached. Note that we might make alterations or additions to text and images depending on the design chosen.

So this project is just to provide an initial design for ONE data sheet, front and back which can serve as a template for at least 9 more sheets.
