Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for a new company called "Shoults Consulting Inc.". The services my company provides is on site supervision and management of construction projects. I'm looking for a logo that has a professional but also blue collar feel to it. A logo that's bold and trustworthy. I'm not looking for a logo that's too flamboyant as that doesn't match the construction aesthetic. Simple, intelligent, bold, trustworthy, and efficient are some of the things that come to mind which i would like my logo to convey. Thanks in advance.
