Logo Design Brief

We are a café, cake and catering business – our current logo attached. Located in a country town attached to the border or our capital. The business is 13 years old but we purchased it two years ago. We would like to update the existing logo to better reflect what we do. We sell a unique high end blend of coffee (including beans), We also are a Cake shop (think Mudcakes, Tortes and Cheesecakes both large small and plate size). Coffee and cakes are our biggest revenue. We also have standard sandwich/wrap and panini offerings in like a show case. We have the best milkshakes, juices and smoothies in town. We also serve scoop ice cream (goes with the shakes, coffee drinks and food). We have a kitchen with mainly short order food such as Bacon and Egg rolls, Eggs benedict, Upmarket hamburgers, steak sandwiches , French Toast etc. We also do basic catering for the region – sandwiches, wraps, sweets, Morning Teas and small hot food (think small baked pies and sausage rolls etc).

• Ciao Café and Cakes - Handmade on Premises
• Ciao Catering
• Ciao Autentico
Currently, the logo doesn’t reflect the catering side. We are after a modern update to the logo – a fun modern design but not complicated or busy. Happy to keep or move away from existing colour scheme. Complete makeover is fine. Happy to have a fully integrated logo to include catering or have two separate (café and catering) but similar logos reflecting the shop and also the catering. To keep the Trademarks we need to incorporate the trademarked terms above. Existing logo attached.
