First Heroes is a nonprofit whose mission is to educate the public on the 10,000+ forgotten Americans who volunteered to fight against the Axis during WW2 while the United States remained neutral. The primary focus is on American volunteers for RCAF and RAF service.
Many of these men have been forgotten. If they finished the war in foreign service, they were prohibited from joining US veterans organizations. If they died, they were excluded from national memorial services. These men were left out, forgotten.
The logo should connect to the concept of an aviator in RAF flying gear. Early draft logo featured a silhouette of a bomber pilot in flight gear, saluting.
For the uneducated viewer, the imagery should suggest ww2 aviation service. For the educated viewer, the imagery should suggest a connection to RAF aviators.
Primary colors can include black, gray, red, and blue — fairly consistent with colors of RAF emblems and uniforms of WW2
Early draft attached.
